It's funny how one day you can be completely dejected and then the next day, wake up ready to try with all your might again. As of this moment (Feb 04 2017), this blog-site-thing is for: reviving flames that dimmed to a flicker (d/t grad school), cultivating a sense of accountability and motivation (fake it 'til ya make it!), and staying creative as a habit (not just for funsies). What I've created here is a space into which I can release some of the gibberish swirling around in my brain. Thanks for observing!

Consider "I'll sleep when I'm dead" the website's mantra instead of its name. I absorbed the phrase from my high school geometry teacher (shout out to Stan.) It was kind of a big inside joke between me and my friends at first, until it wasn't anymore, because at some point a decade later I realized... it's kind of the way I live my life.

Will there be regular features? Who knows! Maybe? If I get around to it? Expect this space to be as convoluted as the inside of my head. That's about it. So, who else loves parentheses? Raise your hands! (I'm doing so right now, but you can't see me from the other side of your screen.)
